Gnash at Kennesaw

Gnash from the Nashville Predators visited Kennesaw Farms this week. A good time was had by all, Gnash and The Predators gave away prizes and we all ate tasty BBQ (and sweet tea!) from Stroud's BBQ in Gallatin. Thank you to all who attended and we hope Gnash had a great time on "The Farm!"

This weekend we will all celebrate the mom's in our lives. They do so much for us everyday and this is the one day each year we are able to pay tribute to all that they are to us. From everyone at Southeastern and Kennesaw Farms we wish you a very happy Mom day!

In between all the celebrations stop by and see us. We have lots going on:

• The one-story gated villas are almost complete! You can really start to see how great these homes are- they are so light and open with just the perfect spot to sit on the covered porch and have a cup of coffee in the morning. They are just adorable- come see!
• Around The Farms lots of happenings going on- the 5,000sf clubhouse is well under construction and we could not be more excited. The 4 new single family homes are now in drywall. We SOLD one last weekend to a very SMART buyer. The new villa homes are sprouting up just behind the current townhome section. We hope to release information and pricing in the next few weeks. Life on this Farm is truly becoming a lot more uptown.
• The new Taylor Swift video that was filmed at Kennesaw is out, check it out.
