Wine & Cheese Event

Please stop in The Baber House at Kennesaw Farms on September 25th between 4:00 and 7:30 p.m., have a glass of wine and view nine new floor plans. These new plans will be built in the Village of Kennesaw Farms and offer something for everyone. With this unveiling you’ll learn about the three different series of homes, The Belmont, Preakness and Derby. Each series offering it’s own unique standard features yet share in common the architectural look and feel of one another.

Construction Begins on Kennesaw's Pool & Clubhouse


We are proud to announce that construction has began on our approximately 4,000 square foot clubhouse appropriately named, The Derby Club. The Derby Club is located in the center of the community for the convenience of all the residents. It features an exercise facility, kitchen, social space, large pool deck and much more. The clubhouse will become a favorite hang out spot for the residents, as well as, something they will all be proud of.


In keeping with our equestrian theme, the clubhouse sits inside Derby Park. Derby Park is designed to replicate a thoroughbred horse track. The park will not only be home to the Derby Club but also the community swimming pool and plenty of green space.

We are looking forward to many happy homeowners enjoying this new facility next year.

New Floorplans Released from $204,900!


Kennesaw Farms is responding to consumers request for smaller floor plans with the addition of three new plans. We are proud to introduce the Derby Series courtyard homes which offer home buyers the opportunity to live in Kennesaw Farms at a lower price point.


These new plans offer a square footage range of 1,615 to 2,290 with a price range from $204,900 to $241,900. The new plans keep with the same architectural design of the other homes currently offered in the Village. Featuring rear alley way garages, 9’ smooth ceilings and a very open design. While these plans are designed with affordability in mind buyers are welcome to customize their new home to their personal taste using our incredible interior design center.
